Deep analysis, within reach.
We read history to anticipate the future.
Xenophon Analytics grew from a simple conviction: the deep, data-driven geopolitical analysis once reserved for governments and the big strategy firms should be within reach of any organization with something at stake.
We built Diplomacy by Xenophon Analytics™ to put a credible starting point — scored, sourced, and current — in the hands of teams that can’t staff a research desk. It combines a broad set of metrics with Natural Language Processing sentiment analysis to calculate nuanced, real-time threat scores, and we pair it with old-school research when you need a position fast.
Our goal: a better informed, better prepared world.
Where we’re headed
Nations aren’t the only powers worth scoring. Many of the world’s largest multinational corporations now wield more influence than the bottom hundred countries — moving markets, shaping policy, and bending the world to their interests.
Diplomacy is expanding to bring the same scoring discipline to those corporations, so the teams we serve can weigh every power that affects them — public or private — against one consistent, defensible baseline.
